Questions & answers

Ask us anything.

The practical stuff first. And further down, the objections we hear from every advisor before they hand over their first itinerary.

How fast can we start?

Your first itinerary can be off your plate this week. Onboarding is us documenting your templates, tone and preferences — not you running a training program. There are no onboarding fees.

Which tools do you work in?

AXUS, Travefy, uMapped, Safari Portal, TravelJoy and Tern — our assistants build luxury itineraries in these platforms all day, every day. If you work in something else, ask us; chances are we already know it.

Will my clients know I'm using Tripkit?

Never. Your clients never meet us, never email us, never know we exist. Everything ships under your brand and your name, and you sign off before anything lands in their inbox.

How do the hours work?

You pick a monthly fare — 5, 10, 15 or 20 hours — and the more hours you take, the less each one costs. You can move up or down a fare every month, so wave season and the quiet months don't have to cost the same.

What if I run out of hours mid-month?

Email us. If you're slammed we'll find a way to cover the overflow, and you can move up a fare for the following month — no renegotiation, no job ad, no notice period.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No contracts and no minimum term. Fares are monthly — upgrade, downgrade or cancel any month. A full-time employee costs you money in the slow months; Tripkit costs you nothing when you don't use it.

What kind of work can I hand over?

The back office that eats your week: building and formatting itineraries and proposals, chasing confirmations and suppliers, invoicing and commission tracking, and re-entering bookings across systems.

What about time zones?

All time zones covered. Your desk gets worked while you sleep, and last-minute changes don't have to wait for anyone's morning.

The voice in your head

We've heard every reason to keep doing it all yourself.

Objection Nº 01

No one can do it the way I do it.

You're right — and they don't have to. Your assistant works from your templates, your tone, and your preferences, all documented during onboarding. The itinerary that goes out looks exactly like you made it. Because as far as your client knows, you did.

Objection Nº 02

Training someone takes longer than doing it myself.

True for a generic VA from a freelancing site. Not for someone who builds luxury itineraries all day, every day, in Axus, Travefy, and Tern. Onboarding is us learning your preferences — not you teaching someone the travel business.

Overruled ✓

Objection Nº 03

My bookings are too unpredictable to commit to a hire.

That's exactly why this isn't a hire. No salary, no contracts — buy hours when you're slammed, scale down when it's quiet. A full-time employee costs you money in the slow months. Tripkit costs you nothing when you don't use it.

Overruled ✓

Objection Nº 04

I can't put a stranger in front of my clients.

You never do. Your clients never meet us, never email us, never know we exist. Everything ships under your brand and your name, and you sign off before anything lands in their inbox. We're the back office. You're the business.

Overruled ✓

Out of objections? There's only one way left to find out if we're as good as we say.
